VIDEO PRODUCTION

In the past year, I have produced numerous micro-viral videos for the Queens Chamber of Commerce. These videos have consistently been the most viewed and engaged-with posts of all time for the over 100-year-old organization. Before I took the lead, videos capped at 300 views—now, they reach thousands.

I pitched myself to take over content strategy and manage every part of production: filming, interviewing, editing, scripting, voice-over, and even hosting on camera. I’m especially proud that many featured small business owners have seen a real boost in foot traffic thanks to these videos.

Here are some of my favorite clips from my first year on the job.

GRAPHICS

My strategic graphics have helped boost engagement (and foot traffic) for campaigns like Queens' Best Bar competition and College Point Restaurant Week.

Upcoming new IG carousel graphics for College Point Restaurant Week 2025. This is designed so people can share their favorite slide. Also keeping in mind that carousels means more engagement, and Instagram rewards any post that keeps audiences on their platform, whether that's through swiping, commenting, or sharing.

Last year's Instagram graphics for College Point Restaurant Week 2025. Transportation is a big issue in College Point, so I decided to create a map with transit instructions on how to get to the participating restaurants.

This graphic alone earned over 4,000 views on Instagram—and more importantly, it solved a real issue for the Chamber. Our VP often doesn’t have time to present award certificates right away, sometimes not until months after voting wraps. So I created this announcement post to keep the momentum going for both our audience and the winning bars. It was widely shared and gave the bars something immediate to celebrate and promote. Later, when the official award ceremony happened (which I also wrote the copy for), that post reached over 100,000 views. That wasn’t by chance—it was the result of a deliberate, strategic rollout.
